Key Points

NOT having acting experience can be an advantage, because then you don't have to unlearn things.

Voiceover requires physicality. https://kickinitwithdaree.com/episode/the-power-within-using-your-voice It's a whole body, mind and spirit job. And you have to be present. You can't multitask because it takes focus, preparation and energy.

Things take time. You may feel that you have lost time or that things are not happening fast enough, or that you are wondering about paying your dues or starting from scratch. Those are not helpful thoughts. It's ok to take your time, be present, and hurry slowly: staying engaged and remaining focused. Keep that momentum going.

Don't beat yourself up for mistakes that may have been inevitable, or, maybe they helped you fail forward. Sometimes what we consider failure, really is advancement.
