Overthinking happens when you have a fear of not being able to control something in the future.  It's a symptom of anxiety. The constant worrying becomes a problem when it gets in the way of you living your life. 

It's ok to say no.  People pleasing does not get you anywhere.

You are okay. You are enough. 

What You Can Do

Gather a supportive village - a support network of friends and even a pastor or mental health professional, so you can talk it out. 

Use journal to write out your thoughts.

Manage your stress by moving your body.
